Returns & Refunds Policy

Your right to return

As an online purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, notify us within those 14 days by emailing soporteatletas@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. You then have a further 14 days from the date of notification to send the item back to us.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to apply a deduction to your refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess it, such as being worn or washed.

Who pays for return shipping

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or arrived faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Your refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Your refund will include the original standard delivery cost paid at checkout. If you selected a premium or expedited delivery option, only the equivalent standard delivery rate will be refunded.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, you are entitled to a full refund including return shipping costs. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
